We’ll only send the email asking you to update your details to those campsites that have not yet completed the questionnaire. Please open the questionnaire, complete it with your current details and return it to us by the specified deadline. This is the only way to ensure that our channels always have the correct information about your campsite.

The service is free of charge for you.

Your campsite information will be published in the ADAC camping media, including www.pincamp.de & www.pincamp.ch, the ADAC Camping App and the ADAC Camping Guide.

Yes, if your campsite’s data has not changed, there is a quick and easy solution. Simply use the option “Copy data from 2023 for 2024” in the various tabs and the questionnaire will be filled in accordingly, except for the prices.

The ADAC Camping Guide North and the ADAC Camping Guide South will be published at the end of this year and the beginning of next year respectively. The new version of the ADAC Camping- und Stellplatzführer app is planned for January 2024.

The updated data will be visible on pincamp.de and pincamp.ch within a few days.

Please send us an email to data@adac-camping.de to receive a personal link to upload images. You will then be able to upload pictures of your campsite to your PiNCAMP profile with just one click.

Every summer we send out the questionnaire to all campsites in Europe. We store the data they send us in our database and automatically fill in any relevant data from last year’s survey.

Your data is automatically saved every 10 seconds, but you are not actively notified of this saving. You can close the window at any time and log back in later. No data will be lost.

How can I change the language of the questionnaire?
The questionnaire will be displayed in the language you have chosen for your preferred communication. If you wish to change the language, you can do so in the ‘Basic Information’ tab under Contact Details. Select a different language, press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard and the language of the questionnaire will change accordingly.

Tabs with errors in the data are highlighted in red and include an explanation of the error. If you receive such a message, please check your entries for spelling, punctuation or logical inconsistencies. Once the data has been corrected, the red marking and explanation will disappear.

If you are unable to click on the ‘Send Form’ button, some of the tabs may contain incorrect information or important details may be missing. Please check your entries in the tabs highlighted in red and edit your details according to the instructions. Once the information has been corrected and you press ‘Enter’, the explanation and red marker will disappear and the ‘Send Form’ button will be clickable.

After submitting the questionnaire to us, it will be temporarily blocked while we check your information and transfer it to our system. After this transfer you will receive an email informing you that everything has worked successfully. You will then be able to re-open the online questionnaire with the same access details and make any further changes.

You can’t change the facilities and services that affect your ADAC classification on your own. If you want to inform us about important changes at your campsite, please use the “Comments” field under the “Basic information” tab. After we have checked the information, we will make the change(s) directly in the system.

We publish prices for motorised camping in the high and low season. Please do not send us prices for tent pitches or rental accommodation. Also excluded are prices for luxury pitches, e.g. with own sanitary facilities or other special offers. If you do not know your prices for 2024 at this stage, you can leave the fields in the form blank and send us the prices at a later date. You can do this by reopening the form or by sending an email to data@adac-camping.de.

To edit information about dogs on your campsite, you must first select the ‘Dogs’ option within the ‘Basic Information’ tab. If dogs are permitted on your campsite, you can then proceed to edit the relevant information.
